SERATEC® MOR Drug Screen Test is an immunochromatographic rapid test for the detection of Morphine and other Opiates. Heroin for example is quickly metabolized to morphine. Thus, morphine might both be found in the urine of a person who has taken only heroin. The body also chan¬ges codeine to morphine. Thus the presence of morphine in the urine indicates heroin, morphine and/or codeine use. But a positive test result does not automatically indicates an abuse of drugs has been taken place since also some fully legally taken medicaments do contain opiates (e.g. codeine). Morphine, Heroine and Codeine can be detected in human urine 2 to 3 days after consumption.
